"Nerd Girls Are Cute" is a pretty free-form website dedicated to nothing very much in particular besides writing and talking about Japanese cartoons, video games, film, and books with our English Major hats left on far too long with a feminine tilt. We specialize in reviews we think are clever and doting when deserving, along with a general miscellanea of features and articles having to do with nerd things, like cosplay and how much we dislike Square-Enix this week.

Beyond such nerdy exploits, we pursue a very loosely-defined "mission" to create a space for female (and male) nerds to write and express their opinions without having to straddle any of the gender fences. Resident Evil and Cooking Mama can be on your Favorite Games and we officially don't care.

We do, however, like Monokuro pigs as well as shoot-'em-ups. Monokuro pigs are adorable. Shoot-'em-ups are lots of fun. But a Monokuro pig with a photoshopped AK-47 just looked silly. :(
