On Jan. 21 at 3:52 p.m. Leclair Wallace, 19, of 1217 Thompson Hall, was arrested at the intersection of Western Avenue and Adams Street on an active McDonough County warrant. He was transported to McDonough County Jail at 4:02 where he was lodged pending bond.
