On May 31 at 1:07 a.m. non-student Nicholas Ford, 19, of Bardolph, IL, was issued a notice to appear June 10 for aggravated and eluding police on University Drive. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 1:26 a.m. where he was processed and released.
