2024-09-09 to 2024-09-11

On Sept. 9 at 9:30 p.m., Brooklyn Rice, 20, of 830 Corbin Hall, was arrested for an active McDonough County warrant. She was transported to the McDonough County jail at 9:53 p.m. where she was lodged.

On Sept. 10 at 2 a.m., OPS and the Macomb Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at Simpkins Hall. There was no smoke or fire detected and no injuries were reported.

On Sept. 10 at 10:17 p.m., OPS and the Macomb Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at Thompson Hall. Smoke was detected from a cooking mishap, but no injuries were reported.
