On Oct. 24 at 11:31 a.m., a student reported the theft of AirPods and a case, valued at $259, from the University Union Grand Ballroom. The incident is under investigation.

On Oct. 24 at 3:09 p.m., Simone Cato, 20, of 314 Wigwam Hollow Cir., was issued a notice to appear Nov. 17 for a state violation of with a suspended license at the intersection of Adams and Charles streets. She was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 3:50 p.m. where she was processed and released. Non-student Ometrice Washington, 21, of Florida, was arrested on active warrants. He was transported to the jail where he was lodged.

On Oct. 24 at 5:11 p.m., Princess McCullough, 23, of 1200 Western Ave., was arrested in Olson Hall on an active warrant. She was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 5:53 p.m. where she was lodged.

On Oct. 25 at 3:43 a.m., one student was judicially referred for cannabis use while in a motor vehicle, and one student was judicially referred for underage use of Cannabis on Adams Street.
