On Jan 29 at 9:11 p.m., Derek Cooper, 34, of 10681 N. 2200th Rd. Good Hope, was arrested on North Lafayette St. for operating a vehicle with an expired registration and driver’s license, and no proof of insurance. At 9:13 p.m. he was transported to McDonough County Jail where he was lodged.
