On Sept. 4 at 3:16 a.m. non-student Aranae Campbell, 20, of Chicago, was issued a notice to appear Sept. 28 for a state violation of illegal consumption of alcohol on Murray Street. She was transported to McDonough County Jail at 5:23 a.m. where she was processed and released.

On Saturday, Sept. 5, a student reported to the Office of Public Safety (OPS) she was sexually assaulted by a male known to her in the late hours of Friday, Sept. 4 in Thompson Hall.
