On Sept 23 at 2:49 p.m. Adam Brown, 42, of 509 W. Piper St. was issued a notice to appear Sept. 14 for driving with an expired registration and no insurance on the intersection of Tower Rd. and Wigwam Hollow Rd.

On Thursday, Sept. 24, a student reported to the Office of Public Safety (OPS) she was sexually assaulted by a male known to her. The assault occurred in the early hours of Friday, Aug. 21 in a residence hall.
