On Sept. 30 at 10:28 p.m. Tenerra Moulton, 39, of 201 E. 8th St., Vermont, IL was issued a notice to appear Oct. 19 for driving with no valid driver’s license on W. University Dr. At 10:57 p.m., Moulton was transported to the McDonough County jail where she was processed.
