Council of Administrative Personnel

The purpose of the Council of Administrative Personnel (COAP) is to provide representation as a group to the policy-making officers and the policy-recommending bodies of the University and governing boards in order to obtain and maintain ethical, acceptable, and equitable standards for administrative personnel.
