About the Performing Arts Society
The Performing Arts Society includes community and university volunteers who are both patrons of the arts and who are dedicated to advancing arts programming at Western Illinois University and in the Macomb community.
Support PAS today and receive great benefits connecting you to the arts at WIU and in the Macomb community.
PAS raises funds to support arts programming to include the:
- Youth Performing Arts Series (YPAS)
- WIU Summer Music Institute Scholarships
- Community Arts Grant
- Arts Programming Grants to WIU Faculty and Staff
- Bureau of Cultural Affairs (BCA)
- other important arts-centered programming at WIU and the Macomb community
PAS raises funds through:
- Individual donations
- Corporate sponsorships
- Social fundraising functions
PAS activities are governed by a board of directors and PAS functionally falls under the direction of the College of Fine Arts & Communication.
