Flu Shot Clinic for WIU Employees to be Held Oct. 2

MACOMB, IL - - Western Illinois University will offer a vaccination clinic for flu shots from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 2 in the Union Heritage Room, hosted by the McDonough County Health Department. This clinic is exclusively available to WIU retirees and active State of Illinois/WIU employees covered by WIU health insurance.

Please note that students are not eligible for this clinic, as a separate clinic will be scheduled later.

All vaccines will be administered by the McDonough County Health Department. Participants are asked to wear a shirt that allows the vaccine to be administered in the upper arm. All participants must present a valid WIU ID card and state-issued health insurance card.

Vaccines will be available as long as supplies last.

Those who are unable to attend this clinic should contact the McDonough County Health Department to schedule your flu vaccine.
