"I'm so proud of the Go West Security Team and what they have accomplished this year," Assistant Vice President of Student Success and Go West Security Advisor Joseph Roselieb said. "They are a true asset to the campus and Macomb Communities and we very much appreciate their hard work and dedication."

The Go West Security Program, which began in 2005, was created to provide students with hands-on, practicum-driven experiences while also serving the University and Macomb communities. Go West Security was used exclusively for security services on the MCPT bus transit system until August 2024, when it and WIU's Concert Safety Corps merged. Go West Security now services MCPT transit and various events, activities and sporting competitions on campus.
