MANAGE YOUR STRESS WEEK

Western Illinois University-Quad Cities is set to host a series of events and activities for "Manage Your Stress Week" from Monday to Thursday, April 29-May 2. This long-standing WIU-QC tradition occurs the week before final exams and is a collaborative effort by WIU-QC Student Services, the Student Government Association (SGA) and various student organizations. The aim is to provide a range of relaxing and enjoyable activities to support students, faculty and staff in managing stress.
